Professor Colin Mellors - Pro-Vice Chancellor, The University of York (Chair of Judges)
Colin Mellors is Pro-Vice Chancellor at the University of York, having previously held a similar position at the University of Bradford. A political scientist, he has previously worked at the universities of Sheffield and Southampton.
He is Deputy Chair of the Local Government Boundary Commission for England and is also a member of the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Local Enterprise Partnership. Other external positions include: Chair, Executive Board of Yorkshire Universities and Chair, Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Programme Management Board.
